Asia has long been the source of beauty marvel and mystery, as well as home to some of the most well-renowned (and expensive!) brands on the market, including SK-II, Amore Pacific, and Shiseido. This last year, the media has been abuzz with discussions about Korean beauty innovations. The cutting-edge products coming out of Korea have gotten a lot of love, but there hasn't been as much discussion about the packaging innovations—and sometimes, the packaging is what can turn a standard product into an extraordinary product. If you want to try some of these ultra cute products then I recommend e-commerce site Peach & Lily,
Naturally-colored dip dye was a trend that was going last summer this year its all about a full color makeover. I am in love with this trend and want to die my hair again. I had it all pink in Jr College and it was fun for a bit but it really damaged my hair. I don’t recommend that you bleach your own hair is you have dark brown or black hair! I repeat don’t bleach yourself!!!!!!You will kill your hair and it will probably fall out. Also be aware you will have to die your hair every 2 weeks or so if you take a shower every day. Remember you must condition condition condition. Use those hair masks and leave the conditioner in just to make sure you don’t loose all your hair!

Like most of us I was incredibly obsessed with sailor moon when I was younger. I remember watching the sailor moon on VHS tape at my next store neighbor’s house and dancing around pretending to be sailor scouts! Afterward we would try to imagine our outfits if we where sailor scouts and draw them and put sailor moon stickers all over. ♥
Hope you take time and smell the Flowers
I went to Trader Joe's to buy some produce and saw all these beautiful flowers. I thought to myself there's no way that all of these are in season! So I looked up what was is season this summer and found these beauties.
I always like to get away on my birthday. Normally I take a weekend trip someplace and do something crazy fun but this year I'm keeping it more low key. I'm heading to San Francisco for just a day with some friends and my brother. We are probably going to head to the city early and grab some brunch and do a little shopping. Hopefully at some point we will be able to grab some sushi and have a few drinks!
The photo's at the bottom of this post are from( My I phone) the last time I went shopping in the city I had a blast and it was such a beautiful day to walk around and check out all of the cute vintage inspired shops around Fillmore street The big thing in fashion is "athleisure,". It is a broad category of clothing that is appropriate for either athletic or leisure pursuits, or both. We’re talking about anything from designer leggings to real track shoes.
This trend has taken over the world! You can tell that it has by the amount of people who seem to think it appropriate to wear leggings or yoga pants at all times. (I am sometimes guilty of this) But athleisure represents a bigger change in fashion. The fashion industry has been know for its outlandish impossible to wear in the real world clothing. I am reminded of Rihanna canary yellow dress at the met that looked more like big bird than an actual dress. The athleisure trend is much more wearable and affordable for most people. Retro Fit Upon entering the retail store at 910 Valencia Street, you might possibly believe you have just discovered the “best store ever.” They have done a great job at providing something for everyone in a fun and professional setting that also showcases our design creativity. The store is also as a great resource for emerging trends, and promotes local talent by hosting and sponsoring events to highlight their work. Black and Brown Black and Brown is the place to go in the south bay if you love unusual vintage pieces. The shop is full with unique finds from around the bay area. The place screams hipster staffed with bohemian looking 20 something’s and old folk paying on the sound system. One complaint is that all of the clothing tends to be made for very thin girls. Held Over Ah, yes, the OCD lover's vintage-slash-thrift mecca. Smack in the middle of the Haight, Held Over sets itself apart with a well-managed selection of thrifty, swoon-worthy styles sorted out by era. While the racks are massive (thanks to a keen eye for organization), you won't get overwhelmed. Expect to pay a pretty penny, more than most thrifts on the list, but the quality and cleanliness of the suede jackets, vintage summer dresses, and head-turning blouses deserve an A+. Fake Lashes?
